Be amongst the first in Singapore to explore Kuro-Obi, IPPUDO’s exciting quick-service ramen bar / takeaway concept.
The concept was first unveiled in New York, and very quickly it took the city by storm. Since its launch, it has received overwhelming response from New Yorkers.
The Singapore outlet is Kuro-Obi’s first overseas foray outside of New York. It is also the first and only concept by IPPUDO around the world that offers Tori-paitan, a delicate and silky chicken soup base. With rigorously selected ingredients slow-cooked for hours, it complements the al dente noodles with each bite.
The ramen is served with slowly cooked chicken chashu that contains no pork to accommodate the cultural diversity of Singapore, one of the international cities in Asia.
To meet ever-changing consumer preferences, our ramen can be customized by choosing from texture of the noodles to soup concentration, stock richness to condiment add-on such as garlic and onion.
Kuro-Obi offers IPPUDO’s wildly popular ramen at affordable prices, starting from $8. It is ideal for gourmands who crave a satisfying meal, but do not have the time to enjoy the full IPPUDO dining experience.
The concept promises style and exceptional quality without the long hours of queuing.
Kuro-Obi will be located next to IPPUDO's newest outlet at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands (beside Skating Rink).
Both Kuro-Obi and the new IPPUDO outlet are scheduled to open on 13 January 2017.
