Following the huge success of the local Hawker Style buffet at the Hotel Jen Tanglin We Are One Party, April sees the launch of a month-long dedication to Straits, Peranakan and Nonya flavours at the newly re-opened J65 – the all-day dining restaurant with a South-East Asian market feel.
Chef Frederick Kho’s menu is inspired by home cooked family favourites.
During the month of April, lunch and dinner will now focus on local regional flavours conjured up by Executive Chef Frederick Kho, who turned to his family recipe books to bring a selection of his signature home-styled recipes to the popular buffet.
