A Taste of Love at Lime Begin the evening of indulgence with Amuse Bouche of French Oyster served with Champagne Jelly and Beluga Caviar, Vanilla-poached Lobster and Foie Gras Torchon with Rhubarb and Truffle Powder.
Headlining the buffet showcase at the various live stations are exquisite mains such as Squid Ink Pasta served with Sea Urchin, Shaved Iberico Ham with Melon Carpaccio and Wagyu Tenderloin Rossini.
To ensure a sweet end to the special day, the pink “All Berry” Dessert Table will not disappoint. It will feature all-time favourites such as Rose Panna Cotta with Goji Berries, Dulce Strawberry Mousse with Gianduja Chocolate and Caramel Mousseline with Strawberry Earl Grey Cremeux. And for the men looking to impress, the pastry corner offers an opportunity to create a personalised Red Velvet Cake piped with a heartfelt message addressed to their dates.
If a decoy is required, the show-stopping live dessert station serving Baileys Nitrogen Ice-Cream with Salted Caramel and Red Velvet Clusters is located nearby. All ladies can also look forward to receiving a stalk of Rose as a gift on this special day.
Guests can capture and share happy memories of the evening on social media platforms through a GIF booth set up at Lime’s entrance. Personalise your moving photographs with the various props and fun backdrops available throughout the evening. Moreover, there will be unlimited instant prints for all to take home.
